The Broken Loom
A weaver's loom jammed. She tried to restart it immediately. Jammed again.
She tried once more. Still stuck.
A master weaver advised: "When a loom jams, something is wrong. If you force it, you make it worse. Wait. Let the threads settle. Try again. If it jams, wait longer. Each failure means the problem needs more time."
She waited an hour. Then two hours. On her fourth attempt, the loom ran smoothly.
"The waiting was the repair."
